Teach your Children to manage money

With so many adults in financial trouble today, experts are urging parents to teach your children to start save money in early age. Try ask most children where money comes from, and they might say "Daddy" or "the bank". If you can teach your children the value of money, how to separate needs from wants, how to save, and how to invest you may help them avoid the heartache of crushing debt and economic slavery.

Here are a few suggestions to us Parents:
1. Be a good example. Your children will generally imitate what you do more than what you say.
2. Set spending limits. Discuss how much you and they can spend. Learn to say no, and mean it.
3. Allow them to manage money. If they receive an allowance or earn money from job, give them some guidelines. Then allow them to make some decisions.
4. Teach the to share. Encourage your children to share what they have with others as well as regularly to set something aside to honor God.

Sick

My boys are both sick right now :-(. Dada has colds and Bebe is teething again. My son was having a fever last night good thing it is subsided now. I let him took some Tylenol stuff and put a cooling relief for fever in his forehead the soft gel for kids thing. Keep checking his temperature also that's why i feel sleepy! I am just glad even I'm pregnant right now i feel great most of the time. I'm the only one here is not sick at all. Husband caught colds but i got my flu shot to prevent me away from flu or what so ever so lucky enough! So I'm their pregnant nurse right now, LOL!

Parents Paid to raise Girls

According to the article i just read about the Indian government is offering poor parents the equivalent of nearly $3,000(U.S.) to raise daughters, says a BBC News report. Families will receive a cash reward upon the birth of a daughter and a various stages of her life up to the age of 18. Although gender selective abortion were out-lawed in 1994, they remain widespread. In fact, it is estimated that over the past 20 years, abortion claimed the lives of approximately 10 million female fetuses, seriously affecting the gender balance in some areas. According to a 2001 census, nationawide there were 927 girls for every 1,000 boys under the age of six and the gap was widening. In one state the birth ratio was 793 girls born for every 1,000 boys.

We're having a Girl!

Last Monday i had my ultrasound and i planned not to know the gender yet until the baby shower arrives because i want to be surprise. So we asked the nurse just husband should know if it's a boy or girl. Well, my request granted! all my family knows my baby's gender except me haha. Not until today... Dada won't stop teasing and tricking me about it, last night he won't sleep till he can share it with me! i guess its hard for him to keep a secret, that's why i asked him to tell me...lol! my wish granted again because we are expecting a baby girl this time and I' am more than happy. Though either way is great but this time i wanted a girl and we found out it is! I'm excited now, we will be complete soon!

Always prepare for the future

Having a family it would be nice that you are confident your future is secured. My husband and I are talking about of getting our kids a life term insurance where in on their 21st year they are already secured to start on their own. So we are looking for best and affordable term life insurance rates and term life insurance quotes from all the best insurance companies out there and we will see which is the better one and then we will decide and start getting it ready. This we are confident that our kids is in good future.

Cooking Healthy for my Family

I loved to cook ever since i was single, My parents trained us good in everything including how to make healthy and good food. They said it's important for a woman to know in the kitchen so that if I have my own family i can handle anything. I admit it's hard to think sometimes what food to fix because i wanted to have a healthy cooking for my family. I can not stand ready made or instant microwavable preservative food that are very popular now a days. I still believe cooking from scratch is the best and healthy food you can get. Fortunately, I have lots of recipes and cooking books for ideas and also i search online every now and then.

I got a gift from lola Jo!

My friend just arrived from her vacation in the Philippines yesterday and she brought the gifts from my mom for us. I can wait to have it, maybe friday she's gonna bring it in the house. Just couple of clothing for me and kurdapyo...(wink)! I miss mall or window shopping in the Philippines it's quite different here from there! you know what i mean. Anyway, back to the gifts... thanks lola! excited na mi sa imo padala... love you'll!!!

Park Day

Late afternoon we decided to headed over to our park here in town because son is wanting to go out from the house, he keeps coming back and fort to the door knob and look at us as if saying come on lets go!!! with his squealing sound, he is so funny when doing that. He enjoys alot wandering outside and never get tired, he's a big boy now and have fun about everything around him. Like when we're at the park today, wants to be on everything and daddy is always with him... he swings and wants to be on a monkey bars alone but too short yet, so we came here hanging your self while someone pushes you away, but... mommy is being silly! got to try first before Bebe!

A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom
and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.
As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had
purchased the car.

Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study.
His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him.
He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box.
Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with the young man's name embossed in gold.
Angrily, he raised his voice to his father and said,
"With all your money you give me a Bible?"
And stormed out of the house, leaving the Bible.

Many years passed and the young man was very
successful in business.
He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old and thought perhaps he should go to him.
He had not seen him since that graduation day.
Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son.
He needed to come home immediately and take care of things.
When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart.

He began to search through his father's important papers and saw the still
new Bible, just as he had left it years ago.
With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages.
His father had carefully underlined a verse, Matt 7:11,
"And if ye, being evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Heavenly father which is in heaven, give to those who ask Him?"
As he read those words, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible.
It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired.
On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words...
PAID IN FULL.

Who has the most Children?

Do you wanna know which nation has the highest fertility rate in the world? According to the United Nations, in first place is Rwanda, where women of childbearing age give birth on the average, to 8.5 children each. Next come Malawi with 7.6 children, Cote d'ivoire with 7.4, and Uganda with 7.3. This places seems not really on the developing country i guess they doesn't care of family planning or even aware of that.

Basically the world average is 3.3 children, that's for most regular family where ever! while for developed countries really it is 1.9. Surprisingly, the nation with the lowest fertility rate in world, with only 1.3 children per woman of childbearing age, is once prolific Italy. Gone are the days when it wad common for an Italian Italian family to have three, four, five or more children. Evidently, the times have also passed in which Italians or even most of common family followed the instructions with regard to use birth control and contraception. Especially now a days everything are getting higher and expensive! we should have always put first the family planning isn't right?
