Hmm what's with my title? Well, you probably know that am into a strict diet for the past two months. With that I've lost more than 15lbs already, haha way to go! It isn't easy though, keeping track of what I eat, count calories, and just about self discipline. Speaking of counting calories, it's one of the hardest because I don't know how to do it LOL! So I was happy to found out about this website that helps us keep a record on anything and everything that has to do with being fit. FitClick is the answer. It's like a food journal, calorie counter website where you can tract and construct with nutrient targets and even supplies a database of thousands of foods that helps you stay fit and healthy.
Cool isn't it? We can now tract our weight loss online. Just do some browsing, among the stuff we can have from them are calorie calculator, workout tracker, weight chart, diet source, weight loss tips, recipes, and so much more! Will definitely keep this web page in handy. So helpful for those who want to stay sexy like me, lol! Happy weekend ahead everyone. May we all have some fun time with our loved ones.

Someone is in love lately. I'm just so happy for her/him, hihi! I hope and pray that things will work our for the two of them, and this time it's for real. Hmmm, anyway since am feeling romantic today, gotta be sharing a lovely poem inspired by the beautiful story of Beauty & the Beast. One of my favorite couples of all time. Alright, read on below.. winks!
By the way, there's a music video of this in YT too, it's so nice, you gotta watch it. :D

Winter Cravings
It was snowing the other day, although freezing cold. The kids enjoyed playing outside with their cousins. I was also busy taking pictures here and there. The pretty whitey snow is one of the few things I like about winter. The houses and the roads being covered with snow are so beautiful to look at isn't it? But still it's so cold my goodness, lol! This is the time of the year when I appreciate coffee all the more, it helps me keep my sanity..haha! So I made sure to stock many in our pantry, so I won't run out of it. Anyway speaking of, I know a place where you can search and buy your favorite coffee. Coffee.org has it all. Whether it's Timothy's, Gloria, Jeans, Emerils, etc. They also have this cool offers right now like K-Cups, Coffee Pods, Gift baskets and more!
I think the guys in the office loves it too, they also have this office coffee, which I think everyone will like. Hmmm.. now I need to brew some hot coffee here, I can already smell it! Perfect for the french fries I have, dunno but am so craving for it right now. What about you my friends? What are your winter cravings?

The Little Things
by: Katherine Nelson Davis
It is the little things that count
And give a mother pleasure -
The things her children bring to her
Which they so richly treasure...
The picture that is smudged a bit
With tiny fingerprints,
The colored rock, the lightning bugs,
The sticky peppermints;
The ragged, bright bouquet of flowers
A child brings, roots and all -
These things delight a mother's heart
Although they seem quite small.
A mother can see beauty
In the very smallest thing
For there's a little bit of heaven
In a small child's offering.
Wonderfully spoken! Have a cold and chilly morning!

This is so cool!
Just hopping through multiple sites, good thing for me because I happened to come across a very cool website am so excited to share with you. It's especially interesting for mommies or anyone out there who loves to shop, save and get more. Alright, am talking about Loyalese Inc. It's an online community of loyal customers of big companies like Walmart, Macy's, Target, Sears, and more. We do shop in these stores and for that they're thankful. So they want to reward and connect with us, their customers! How they do so? Through Loyalese! It's so easy, just register and soon enough companies will give members cash back for shopping, referring friends, and recommending products.
So cool isn't it? Also, do visit their facebook page and be updated with their latest offers and surprises. This is such a fun way to shop. I mean, when you become a member, and then shop at any of their 1000 online malls, you can expect some cash back! Much more if you refer your friends,it will double. Am so excited, will really give it a try. Go ahead and try it too, let's enjoy shopping even more knowing we'll have some rewards. Winks!

More germs needed?
So cool to know that the more young ones are exposed to germs in their younger years, the better. But of course it doesn't mean we take hygiene less serious, just that not so major2.. LOL! Why I said so? I'll let the below article explain to you.. wink!
"Our researchers suggest that the ultra-clean, ultra hygienic environments early in life may contribute to higher levels of inflammation as an adult, which in turn increases risks for a wide range of diseases," says a professor from Illinois. In a study that compared Filipino children with their American counterparts, it was found that, overall, the Filipinos suffered many more infectious diseases as youngsters. Yet contrary to expectations, young Filipino adults had much lower blood levels of C-reactive protein, the concentration of which rises in response to inflammation. The conclusion? Greater childhood exposure to common bacteria may actually protect adults from deadly illness.

Something nice!
The year is about to end, funny how 2010 went by so fast. We're so blessed this year, I started my online store, still maintained my blogs, our family vacation in the Philippines, am just so thankful for everything. When it comes to my job, I mean looking back I never really thought it'll do good. Good thing my clients love my products, lol! Anyway, am also thankful to my favorite suppliers for constantly coming up with new products, making business more fun and exciting for me. Right now am so into boys clothing. And the TeaCollection website is one good place to find everything and anything for the little citizens of the world!
They have a year end treat right now, with more styles on sale up to 30% discount. The little men in our lives will surely look gorgeous and cute. I really like vest in particular, so manly and handsome. And those hoodie shirts too, just right for winter. Mommies, if you're thinking of shopping for your little ones, just checked out the place alright?
Have a blessed cold weekdays ahead!

So Sleep!
I have this article from awake magazine that I like to share. We all know that sleep is important but really, how important is it? Just read on..
'Current studies show that the average North American now gets between seven and seven and a half hours of sleep a night. How important is sleep? While asleep, you go through phases of sleep called REM every 60 to 90 minutes throughout the night. During these phases, the brain is most active, and researchers believe that it is performing some kind of self-repair. Some experts says that when the sleep cycle is interrupted and sleep is lost, it has cumulative effect on the body. Brain function is affected, which results in inefficiency and a host of other physical ailments.
Substances such as caffeine can for the short term block the chemical compound that signals the need for sleep. Yet, our brain has a mechanism to cause sleep to occur when our body has not had enough. According to a magazine, 'no matter what you happen to be doing, your sleep-deprived brain will periodically go into the first stage of sleep for anywhere between 10 seconds and just over a minute at a time.' Imagine driving a car at 30miles an hour and experience a 10 second microsleep. During that time, you would have traveled more than the length of a football field. Additionally, sacrificing needed sleep can weaken your immune system, for it is during sleep that the body produces T cells that fight against pathogens. During sleep our body also produces hormone leptin, which helps to regulate appetite. Indeed, the body needs sleep as much as it needs proper exercise and nutrition.

eyeglasses, i guess i need!
Being in front of the computer screen puts pressure to my eyes and I bet on yours too. I mean, hours and hours facing the monitor with fonts so small, radiation and stuff like that, sure can cause eye problems sooner or later. One of these days, I might use eyeglasses already. Of course I need to have an eye doctor check on it. Anyway, there are cheap eyeglasses available now, fashionable and practical too. But to be honest I really don't wanna wear glasses yet, maybe contact lenses would be better, what to you think?

Being Thankful, Giving Back
Guest post written by Jim Hawthorne
My wife and I felt really blessed by the abundance of food we got to share with our family in our love home this past Thanksgiving. We remember laughing, enjoying our meal, and spending some quality time with our family in front of the big screen tv. We remember feeling that we really lacked for nothing. When you take a day to be thankful, you really appreciate what you have. On the other hand, it makes you think of all the people who donÕt have half of what you have and probably didnÕt get to enjoy the holiday like we did.
This feeling prompted Julia and I take action. After going downtown on Black Friday to purchase a new MiracleEar hearing aid, we decided we wanted to make a sizable donation to the local food kitchen. We also put together a handful of care packages for the homeless in our community. We only had a few, but we thought they could really impact a few people, if not for a few days. This thanksgiving reminded us that we needed to give someone else something to be thankful for.

Random
I can't think of anything in particular right now so am just typing random stuff in my mind, lol! My tooth is aching, and the weather is so getting cold. How is that? Yea, not funny! So I end up being lazy and tired but still need to work out my butt. Like my online job, here I am searching for the best weight loss supplement again, haha! I used to think that such products are too good to be true, that nothing can really prove true to their promises. Until I found the one that gave me real results. Am so glad I gave it a try and not be so skeptical. Anyway, got to go, see you in a bit. Need to finish something. Winks!

Caramel Eggnog Finally Back
Guest written by our friend Katie Callahan
Browsing the store the other day and looking at the shelves I grew happier than ever. I finally seen the caramel eggnog that I had seen advertised on the satellite TV I got after looking at this Direct TV vs cable site. Now I knew that this treat was not going to be around for long so I decided to nab it. I was just thankful that the commercial that I seen on television reminded me of how much I loved this treat.
Then I remembered that if it was not for the wonderful television showing the nice cool cup of Eggnog sitting on the table with the warm glowing fire in the background that I would have forgotten all about this treat. Well, not so much forgotten about the creamy, thick taste of the eggnog, but more of the fact that it was not available at the store. Then when I noticed that they had the caramel flavor available I knew that I had finally found a drink that I could drink plenty of during the entire Christmas season and hopefully for most of the winter.

Not curious anymore
Most of you already know that am into a diet program right now and in just 2 months I can say that am happy with the results. But before I met this product am currently using, I used to be so curious with anything about such products, even diet pill weight loss crossed my mind. There were times when I just wanna click the add to cart button and buy those pills, haha! But then again am scared and skeptical. Well right now that am taking something so effective, am not curious anymore. I won't be needing those monthly alerts anymore, about the many diet products that floods my inbox.
'America's Next Top Model Winner
Ann Ward was the winner of cycle 15 of ANTM, I like her a lot of all the contestants and all the cycles of the show because she is so humble and down to earth girl and as well she said she's the underdog but look at her now the underdog is now on top and very well acknowledge! She also made headlines during the time on audition earlier this year when a judge J.Alexander showed he could fit both his hands around her tiny waist. That's kinda creepy and impressive how she got that waistline you know, lol.
Anyway, she told UsMagazine.com after the show that "When I saw that I was the winner, I really choked up," the 6'2" Dallas native, 19. "It was really emotional for me because I've been through a lot. I wasn't expecting to win. It totally caught me off guard." "I'm going to invest in my career," she told. "Like, going to New York or wherever they want to take me. I don't want to blow it. I might splurge on video games because I'm a nerd like that."
And according to her she feel way more confident than before, but she know that she have more work to do, that's what she told to the interview after her big win! And happy for her after that show she has plenty of recognition specially on facebook plenty of add request.
She really deserve the title she got the beauty, body and personality! She's got the package to be a model! Congratulation!!

Helping my Mom out for Thanksgiving
The Author of this post is Morgan Mcleod
For years, my grandmother used to make a herb roasted turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. Now that she has gone on to a better place, I decided to uphold the tradition and use my grandmother's recipe last year.
The turkey is supposed to be roasted using a mixture of herbs and olive oil splattered both under and over the skin. My grandmother used both fresh and dried herbs in order to produce more flavor. Her recipe called for herbs such as fresh dill, rosemary, chives, dried leaf marjoram and thyme. There is also a standard cornbread dressing using fresh cornbread crumbs that my mother helped me make last Thanksgiving.
Usually, my mother handles most of the other dishes as well. She spends the whole day making a standard cranberry salad, garlic and parsley infused mashed potatoes, a sweet potato casserole topped with pecans, a green bean casserole and some of the most delicious angel biscuits I have ever had. I've been working on my cooking skills because I want to try to help her out more this year. Maybe that way she'll be able to spend more time with the rest of the family this Thanksgiving instead of being in the kitchen all day. Either way it'll be a long day. I'm definitely looking forward to when dinner is finished and being able to kick up my legs and watch some Direct TV with the rest of the family.

30...
I have no choice but to accept days from now I'll be 30 years old, lol! Funny but true that am old...ugh! Time flew by so fast before you knew it your already there huh! Anyway, at-least am healthy and feeling younger inside and out! I remember when i was in my teenage years i sometimes wish that am old so i can do whatever i want in life but that's not anymore right now it's another way around..haha! Well, i guess it's natural for us during in childhood, we yearn to be grown-ups, and in old age, we yearn to be kids just like am feeling right now it really hit me the fact that am really in 30's, and will just add with the years goes by, yikes! But anyway like i said as long you are healthy and happy your age won't tell you.. am I right?? And we know we're getting old when the only thing we want for our birth-date is not to be reminded of it. LOL!

Having acne problems?
Perhaps you have pimples and acne problems, we know it's something serious. With my experience, my brother and my cousin who used to have severe pimples before, they did everything to get rid off it, even spent hundreds of bucks. As for me, I didn't had such kinda issues, am so thankful for that. But every time a pimple shows off, I remember just doing one of those home acne remedies. Oatmeal or milk on my part do its wonders. Even avocados will work too. How about you? Which home remedy works for you? Those simple ways are often more effective than medications, isn't it?
Yummy Sunday 65: Eggpie with Tapioca pudding
Surely egg pie (custard cake)- is made of eggs and condense milk is one of my favorite dessert of all time. I remembered growing up, when my aunts or whoever in the family goes to town i beg them to buy me a slice of egg pie...haha! Anyway, i was craving for it the other day and timely i have the complete ingredients for it from ready made pie crust to eggs and milk perfect so i hastily fix one but this time i put a lil twist on it! Instead just a plain egg pie mix... i saw 4 tapioca pudding that it sits inside the fridge for quite awhile already so was thinking for a creamier and texture filling why not use it! Oh i tell you it is so good and yummylicious than ordinary egg pie recipe! Try it so you know what am saying about! Wink!
Stressed
I think am stress again lately. Stressed with people and their pointless drama, lol! I know that I shouldn't be affected because we can't dwell on the negative side and they're not worth it but sometimes I just can't help it. Anyway, might as well find the best multivitamin for myself. Haha! They say that certain vitamins can eliminate stress and let's you feel refresh, I need that now. Oh well, I shouldn't be thinking about them anymore. Time to move on and hoping everything's gonna be great, at the end of the day. By the way hows your weekend guys? let's live a stress-free weeks ahead!

Prepping for Thanksgiving
Guest post written by Gina Finch
This Thanksgiving is going to be a big time commitment in the kitchen. Every year, our extended family picks a house to have Thanksgiving dinner at, and this year, itÕs my familyÕs turn to host. Our family is very large and it can be a very daunting task. However, everyone brings dishes we come together to help each other out during crunch time. This year, my two sisters and my very talented son, who is a professional chef, are all going to help me. The cooking itself wonÕt be too bad, but I still need to get the supplies and groceries.
Tomorrow, after I go into town to check out Hearing Aids Prices, I am going to stop at the local grocery store and start stocking up on a of the items that we need to make the main dishes happen. After that, I think IÕll head over to a superstore to pick up any extra accessories that we may need to make the place look festive. While itÕs going to be a lot of work, itÕs so rewarding to have the family together. I have a feeling itÕs going to be a very special occasion.

Sweet Thanksgiving treat
Guest post written by Betty Lee
I don't just have a sweet tooth. I always tell people that I have sweet teeth instead because I have to have some kind of sweet treat almost every day. I just love them so much! But people always assume that sweet things are desserts. I like incorporating a lot of sweet things into my meals every day. But I think that one of the really great times to do this is during Thanksgiving.
I was looking up sweet recipes for stuff to include in Thanksgiving this year when I ran across this website http://www.clearwirewimax4g.com/ adn read through it. I decided right after that that I was ready to switch over from my old internet company because I was so sick of it.
One thing that I know that I absolutely need to make is candied yams with marshmallows on top. They're my Thanksgiving favorite, for sure. I also found this really great honey glaze sauce to serve with ham, so I think that IÕm going to make some of that too. Plus, thereÕs always dessert too!

Winner & Loser
I can't help but nod to every word written in this email. In life, we're surrounded with winners and losers that's a fact. Now it's our choice which side to take sides.
The Winner is always part of the answer; The Loser is always part of the problem.
The Winner always has a program; The Loser always has an excuse.
The Winner says, “Let me do it for you”; The Loser says, “That is not my job.”
The Winner sees an answer for every problem; The Loser sees a problem for every answer.
The Winner says, “It may be difficult but it is possible”; The Loser says, “It may be possible but it is too difficult.”
When a Winner makes a mistake, he says, “I was wrong”; When a Loser makes a mistake, he says, “It wasn’t my fault.”
A Winner makes commitments; A Loser makes promises.
Winners have dreams; Losers have schemes.
Winners say, “I must do something”; Losers say, “Something must be done.”
Winners are a part of the team; Losers are apart from the team.
Winners see the gain; Losers see the pain.
Winners see possibilities; Losers see problems.
Winners believe in win-win; Losers believe for them to win someone has to lose.
Winners see the potential; Losers see the past.
Winners choose what they say; Losers say what they choose.
Winners use hard arguments but soft words; Losers use soft arguments but hard words.
Winners stand firm on values but compromise on petty things; Losers stand firm on petty things but compromise on values.
Winners follow the philosophy of empathy: “Don’t do to others what you would not want them to do to you”; Losers follow the philosophy, “Do it to others before they do it to you.”
Winners make it happen; Losers let it happen.
Winners plan and prepare to win.
The key word is preparation.

Log furniture are pretty
I've always thought so. Every time I see a house decorated with log furniture, I can't help but admire and just feel so relax and calm. Maybe because am a nature lover that's why I like such themes. So when I came across Jhe's, the real log furniture place, I went drooling, lol! Their cabin beds, bathroom vanities, desk and office furniture, fabrics and decor are so pretty. Just drop by their place and browse their selection and collections. One thing more, this kinda stuff makes me think of spa too. Now I wanna go to one, lol! Enjoy your week ahead everyone!
Blue Monday
It's my first time joining the Blue Monday meme, and it was my pleasure to join and be BM's follower! Here's my entry for this week. It is a weekend getaway spot for family or friends. Cabins by the lake, lots of boats and the Bluegill Grill, this though only opens from April to September when the temperature starts to get warm and hot. I tell yah this place is totally pack when summer time.

Are you in a diet?
Since I am, I find it quite interesting to visit diet pill forums and see what others got to say. Well, just curious if those products in the market now, that are so many, are indeed effective and safe. The thing am using now isn't actually from one of those websites, it's actually from a friend. She's been using it for quite some time and it really works. So nice of her to let me try it too. Now the same results happens to me as well, thanks to her lol! Anyway, how's your weekend so far? Us just came home from a long drive from the tiny town near the mountains. Twas fun but all we did was take pictures of the view. I wonder how many calories I burned with that activity? Haha!

On furniture
Just browsing here, nothing much to do. Came across a website that have such beautiful modern furniture! When it comes to it, I kinda have two things in mind. Modern and nature. Modern stuff are really chic and minimalist. It's like everything is neat, clean, and functional. Nature on the other hand is very cozy, relaxing, and an attitude itself. Oh well, we're not getting a new set soon but it's nice to stay updated with new products and designs. There are so many, I really like the black and red ones here, so Yovile, lol! How about you my friends? What's a pretty kind of furniture for you?
County Fair Time with the Church Kids
Authored by Abraham Brewer
I help the assistant pastor at my church run the youth kids group. Depending on the time of year, there is always something fun for us to do. During the gorgeous days of autumn, we have bonfires and visit nursing homes. In the winter time, we do various Christmas projects and practice for the Christmas play. In the spring months, we help the elderly with spring cleaning jobs. In the summer, the kids get really excited because we always go to the county fair. We usually are able to help the county officials bring in a good musical group that the kids will both enjoy and respect. We also set up a couple of booths and take turns manning them. One is to collect donations for homeless shelter, and the other is to sell all kinds of baked goodies to fellow fair-goers. The kids get to meet so many fun and interesting people this way, plus they learn how to give back to the community as well. Since we all take turns watching the booths, everyone gets their fair share of games and rides as well as fellowship with people from all over the surrounding towns. Even though we are tired by the end of the day, we all still look forward to going home and watching our BestChoiceTV. One of the local television channels spends a lot of time there and it's always fun to see if they caught us on film.

Looking @ The Sky on Friday
Took this at my country Philippines. This is one of the prestigious newly developed subdivision in my city. The security personnel didn't allow us to go inside, we supposed to window shopping just looking the nice houses. So anyway, since it is prohibited if you don't have a permit to go inside i just did what i want to do is taking pictures here and there which includes the beautiful bright sky!
The engagement
2 months ago we had our best trip ever to Philippines we had so much fun with my family and relatives. Another thing is my brother in-law went with us to meet the daughter of my mom's friend, things went well with them they both had the best time of their lives and it turn into the next level he proposed her in-front of us and her family during our resort getaway. Of-course it won't be complete without the ring right? It is one of the cubic zirconia engagement rings my brother in-law gave her. It is gorgeous and perfect for her. I am excited for both of them and wish them good luck on their new journey together. Am anticipating also whenever she gets here in states.

Not Always Good at the County Fair
Thanks for the guest post by Ruby Todd
The county fair is place that suffuses every adult with memories and nostalgia for childhood. The old ferris wheel where you took your first love, the carnival booths and merry go rounds and the wisps of cotton candy melting in your mouth. For me, however, the county fair is a place of nightmares and melancholy. This is where my first girlfriend dumped me, and I have never recovered, even after countless therapy sessions. In any case, the wife and children do not know this, and I must suck it up for their sake. I should not bias them against the horribly depressing atmosphere that is a county fair, because my experience is not homogeneous.
I take the kids across the fair and back, and they love it. All the while I am agonizing, remembering the time when she turned to me with that awkward look, that countenance that comes before the deliverance of bad news. Or so I thought, as she dumped me right then and there, and at the same time I missed one of the greatest finishes in football history. Thankfully this time around I can just DVR all my programs and when I get home I'm going to sit on the couch and watch directtv.

Preventitve winter measures
Guest post written by Steph Pearce
Even though it isn't even Halloween yet, it is definitely feeling nippy and cold outside, so I'm kind of scrambling to make sure that our house and all of us in it are really ready for this winter.
Last year it seems like the cold weather kind of snuck up on us and I had to start wearing my super thick winter coat at the drop of a hat. Also, our house was a little drafty all of a sudden which made it worse. We really just complained about it and didn't do anything about it until recently. Once the temperatures started dropping I couldn't take the thought of hearing everyone complain so I got the house fitted with some Chicago Sears windowsto keep away the draftiness.
Also, the windows just look so much better than they did! Our apartment isnÕt huge, so everything stands out a little bit more than if you were in a house, like some old and tired looking windows. But IÕm most glad that our apartment wonÕt be so drafty this year. As much as I like winter dressing, I donÕt like dressing like that inside my own apartment.

Who you gonna call?
If your home needs some professional cleaning and restoration in this case, who you gonna call? No other than the Steam Team. For residents of Austin and Dallas Texas, this company is the number 1 choice for all your cleaning needs and maintenance for more that 25 years already. They conduct residential and commercial flooring, upholstery, tile, and much more. Just browse through their website and get to find out more about their services. For instance, the residential dehumidifiers Austin is I think one of the nice thing to try because we all know that sometimes, no matter how much cleaning we do to our house, there are unfriendly odor that stay.
So anyway, some other services includes water damage wood floors Austin, non toxic carpet cleaners Austin, furniture and carpet cleaning, basement maintenance, paint-odor removal austin, tobacco odor removal and many many more. I have to check out if this is available here in our place too. Just in case we'll need some serious cleaning, lol!

Children who cannot communicate
Today's parent are spending less time talking to their children at mealtimes or reading them at bedtime than parenst of previous generations did. " Children are starting primary school with a speaking age of just 18 months and the number unable to form simple sentences is rising," reports The Times of London. In Britain, 18 per cent of children aged 5 (more than 100,000) fail to meet the expected level of speech for their age. Hence, many children who can not understand basic instructions or express their needs are like foreigners in the classroom, not able to understand what is going on.
So parents should sit and think about how we can help our children to better future. Always communicate to our children as much as we can and in anyway we can!

Halloween at the Apple Festival
Posted by Gaylord Campbell
This Halloween I will be taking the children to the Apple Festival so that they can trick-or-treat. Year after year we have made the Apple Festival a family tradition and every Halloween when we get home we watch one of our favorite Halloween movies on satellite TV from Direc4u.com. Since my kids are home schooled we usually wake up on Halloween morning and begin with a Halloween candy hunt around the house. Just like easter eggs, I hide candy around the house and outside in the yard and the kids have a great time hunting for the hidden candy. This is the one and only time during the year that I allow them to eat candy for breakfast. After a candy breakfast we will hang out and decorate pumpkins and add any final touches to the kids costumes if needed. After lunch the kids will change into their costumes and we will leave and start going to families houses before we hit up the Apple Festival. This year my daughter is dressing up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and my son is going to be a Vampire. I always enter them into the best halloween costume contest at the Apple Festival and the kids love it because no matter if they win or not they always get some sort of prize. After the Apple Festival is over we come home, the kids change out of their costumes into their pajamas and we begin watching a Halloween movie. Needless to say we all love Halloween.

Diet that works
I am talking about the diet pills that has positive reviews and has good results to the consumers to try. Not long ago i bump to the link that has all the lists of diet pills the experts recommend, they said forget the fears and achieve your goal on losing weight by positive thinking. And one of the highly recommended is Lipofuze, accordingly it combines the power of 6 patented and 4 clinically proven fat burning ingredients into one powerful formula that claim to lose as much as 10 pounds in a matter of 7days! How good is that huh? That's what am wanting right now as frustrated i am to loss weight...lol! But as of now am patiently doing it on natural way by the help of my determination i know i can do it, lol! Checking out for self is one way to know it! Wink.

A new way to promote my business
It's been almost 6 months since I started my online business which leads me to having my own website as well. Looking back I started from scratch. I didn't know if it will hit my goal, reaching customers as many as many as I can. I must say that things worked out well. Though I also know that in terms of online business am still an amateur. There are things yet to be learned, hard but not impossible. Recently, I came across a new word, retargeting. Retargeting advertising to be exact. How does it worked? Well it is defined by one primary behavior- the person receiving your retargeting advertising has already visited your site! An audience interested in your product and services and keeps on revisiting your website. It's like a cycle. Sub Night Once Again
Guest post written by Bart Beland
Sub night at my house is always a popular one. Ever since the kids were little we had this tradition of about once a month going to the grocery store and nearly buying them out of sandwich supplies. We use the serving bar in my kitchen to set up a kind of buffet line and we all make our own sandwiches on the most delicious baguettes my wife makes from scratch.
It’s really perfect because since everyone has different tastes, each person can make their sandwich just exactly how they like it. We’ve also found that sub nights have been a great way to get everyone in one room at once, since no one ever wanted to miss it. That’s why we’ve started incorporating them back into our lives—even though the kids are married and even have little ones of their own. In fact, they’re all coming over tomorrow for the inaugural sub night—the first in years!
I’m excited show off my new hearing aids from HearingAidsbyMiracleEar.com. I’m sure they’ll be thrilled for me—I got such a nice set. My best advice on maxing out quality time with the family? Find something everyone loves—food—and a round table to enjoy it together.

Here's another one
Yes, another fat burners product am facing right now. When it comes to this topic, I kinda have mix emotions lol! I want to lose weight big time, been trying hard but I'm pretty much sure too that I won't take any diet supplement or whatsoever especially pills. Then again and again I get to read reviews on products that caters to my need. Now tell me, who wouldn't be confused? Might as well do facebook..haha! In fairness sake, haven't check my social networks lately, been outdated and I think it's time to say hello again to my online friends. LOL!
Lipofuze
Have you already heard of this weight lose product? Am just reading this lipofuze reviews right now and accordingly, it has 6 patented and 4 clinically proven fat burning ingredients. Promises to give you results as early as 7 days and even greater results if you continue to use it. In one of my magazine subscriptions, I remember this product was featured too as a top ranked diet pill. Sounds interesting but as for me, I'd better stick to natural ways in losing weight. What about you guys?

The box
Is taking so long to arrive, dang! I mentioned in my previous entry about the stuff I sent back home and up until now still there's no box. My sister in particular is getting stress, lol! Afraid of her chocolates to melt and other goodies too. Oh, c'mon where's the box? I just hope the wrinkle creams for my aunties are still as good as it should be. They really asked some of it because back home, such creams are too expensive you know. Now am getting stress too. Tsk!
Life extraordinaire
While cleaning the dusty closest I found this nice note, a passage from an old calendar book.
Ideas on how to make everyday life more joyous and extraordinary...
Take time to smell the roses.
Take a nap on Sunday afternoon.
Thrust in God but lock your car.
Never deprive anyone of hope,
it may be all they have.
Eat inspiring food.
Be thankful for every meal.
Wear outrageous underwear
under the most formal business attire.
Enjoy your job,
and you'll never work another day in your life.
Make it a habit to do nice things
for people who will never find out.
be generous, be honest, be romantic.
Never interrupt when someone is complimenting you.
Just take a deep breath and say "Thanks-please tell me more."
Remember no one can make you feel bad,
without your permission.
Attitudes are contagious
is yours worth caathing?
Remember to remeber.
Notice and adjust.
Enjoy the journey.

Maritime lawyers
Are you seaman, a harbor worker, longshore man and the like? Then you'll be interested to know that maritime or Jones Act lawyer are available to help protect your right if and when emergencies happen. It's a fact that such jobs are kinda risky, injuries or sickness do happen Under those circumstances, the maritime law allow benefits for you and your family, namely medical bills, mortages, living expenses, lost wages and so forth. . So if you're related to such kind of jobs, better keep this link in hand.
Less Sleep, More Colds
"People who sleep fewer than seven hours a night are nearly three times as likely to get a cold than people who average eight or more hours of sleep." Says a report from Carnegie Mellon University, PA, U.S.A. And those who stay awake as little as 8 percent of the time they (are lying) in bed are five-and-a-half times more likely to catch a cold than those who sleep more soundly. "Although sleep's relationship with the immune system is well-documented, this is the first evidence that even relatively minor sleep disturbances can influence the body's reaction to cold viruses," say the author of the study. It provides another good reason why people should make time in their schedules to get a complete night of rest.

Best Of Fall
Guest post by Toney Elliott
I love that we are coming into fall again the leaves changing the nights getting cooler and the colors it by far is my favorite time of the year. I think I spend more time out side in the fall then I do in the summer with it being so much cooler yard work seems to go by faster and i don't seem as tired when I come back in from working in the yard and playing with the kids seems like the kids enjoy the time more also not bugging they are hot or need a drink as much and just seem to enjoy them self more.
That is my favorite thing to do in the fall is sit out and watch them roll around in the grass and leaves or play on the swings and trampoline. Build big leave piles and let them dive in. Fall really seems to bring a nice change of pace things get a bit more laid back and relaxed and you just seem to have more family time in front of Direct tv.
Always seems we have more time as a family maybe it is the holidays coming up or the fact it gets dark sooner and you have more time to kick back with them and turn on the satellite at night. Family movie nights seem to last longer can always get two movies in were in the spring and summer it always feels like there is a rush to get things done on time...Either way the extra time is nice and I always look forward to this time of year and the time it brings us.

Then again
I'm receiving all these newsletters and updates on Diet pills that work fast., so many! It is non stop! Can't believe that's how desperate I was in llosing weight. I basically signed up everything about it lol! Kidding aside, now am taking things slow. I realized that the more I push myself hard, the harder for me to reach my desired weight. After all, it's a lifestyle change and a complete mind set, so everything really depends on me. Soon enough, I know I can reach my goal. Think possitive!
Have a good night every one! Happy Sunday ahead.

Just hopped by their website and right now they have this discounted laptops, it's really half the price. Been thinking of buying a new one lately cause my lappy here is so nearing its end, LOL! But not now though. Got alot of expenses to cope up and been broke from our recent vacation. How cool is that? LOL! But seriously, hoping that by the end of the year she can replace her old laptop and say hi to a new one. Winks!
Her first bangs
October 12th, '10 is when i first cut my lil baby girl's bangs! A moment to treasure for life. She is so cute ain't she? I've decided to cut her hair for good because she's getting too hyper and hair is all over her face and when she eat all the stuff goes to her hair she loves to play while eating which is i don't care as long she is having fun and she eats that's important! So in order for her not to get so messy momshe did her first bangs! I really kept her curly hair in a treasure box...lol! and wrote the date with it just like her big brother's first hair cut. We called her our lil Dora and she loved watching Dora the explorer and when hears it she kinda giggle and dance the Dora dance...haha! So adorable. Love you so much baby! _(*-*)_

Just another insurance quotes website you might wanna check. Just follow through the links and you'll be then redirected to Insurance Specialist. Wherein you can browse and easily search for the right deal and policy you need. We all know how beneficial it is to have an insurance. It can save us from a lot of trouble and avoid head aches. I've seen a lot of people under pressure when emergency strikes and that's because they didn't get insured.

Ways to save
I need it, I really do...lol! I'd be sharing with you a nice article am reading right now. It's helpful especially to all the mommies out there, including me.. Okay, here it is... take note!
Shopping: Make a list. Avoid impulse buying. Look for best prices. Make use of coupons and rebates. Purchase needed items on sale and off season. When possible, buy in bulk.
Sometimes am guilty of this one. I shop because I like to not because I need it. Oh and yeah, it's not even funny. Sigh!
Home Finances: Pay bills on time to avoid extra charges. Prepare meals and beverage at home, and be moderate in food and alcohol consumption. Turn off lights and appliances when they are not in use. If possible, use energy-efficient devices. Insulate your home. Consider downsizing.
We do need to take note of this...seriously LOL!
Transportation: If you need a personal vehicle, buy a reliable, fuel-efficient one. It need not be new. Combine errands, and carpool when possible. Otherwise, use public transportation, walk or ride a bike. Vacation off season or perhaps closer to home.
Oh well, it's a good thing I don't know how to drive... or else..hehe!
Phones and Entertainment: Do you need a home phone as well as a cellphone? If your children have cell phones, can they use them more sparingly or even manage without them? If you subscribe a TV service, can you cut cost by reducing the number of channels? Borrow books and movies from the library instead of buying them.

lose some gain some
The only advantage of being sick is I guess losing weight. The past weeks that I wasn't feeling well did something good for my diet. I don't feel like eating so I dropped a few pounds. But am back to reality, my appetite is back! Might as well start drinking my slimming coffee now. A gift from afriend who already tried and tested it. If this works, I wouldn't have to be curious about this so called 2011 best diet pills. By the way have you heard about it? It's getting a quite a buzz lately I must say. Ok i really have to go and do my chores right now but i'll be right back as soon am done. Wink!
Just for you
On special occasions and even on ordinary days, it's nice to give our loved ones a little something doesn't it? A gesture of appreciation, a way to say sorry, and simply just to tell them they've crossed our mind. What more if it's personalized gifts? The receiver will really feel special and valued. It's like saying I have something just for you! If we willingly shower others, we will also be bless that's for sure. Speaking of, there are lots of discounted goodies in one of my fave online store. Let me check it, might find something for future presents. Winks!
General Cleaning
After almost 2weeks of vacation and almost 3weeks of being sick i just now had the gut to general cleaning my house! I realized it's been so long i haven't do any cleaning done as in to the deepest level..lol! I just do some here and there but isn't so satisfying you know. But finally yesterday was the big cleaning i started to moped the floors, organized the cluttered room of kiddos and folded the hilly clothes and dusted everything! Whew that's alot huh! However i am not done yet still have to clean the bathrooms and other rooms TODAY otherwise i will be lazy again and things wouldn't be all done right now! So have to go and start the overdue chores! Ttyl.

Am not really into golf, I don't know anything about this sport actually but it seems to be so cool yet intellectual kinda game. Have you tried playing it already?

It's a bug talk
Having kids makes your whole house a mess, that's a fact. And as a mom, all we can do is deal with it. What I mean is, we need to clean the house regularly, tidy things, and never give a reason for bugs to dwell and be happy. I'm talking about roaches, ants, and other pests which we all know are very dirty and dangerous. Especially if we have young ones at home, they tend to pick and put everything in their mouth. If we're dealing with just our home and surroundings, bugs wouldn't be that hard to exterminate. But sometimes it can get serious too about the bug facts and that's when we need the help of the experts.
Pest control services something like the Las Vegas pest control offers complete services both for home and commercial. Their products are pet and children friendly, definitely safe for the environment too. Famous for being the Las Vegas exterminator, they treat for bed bugs, ants removal, cockroaches, spiders, scorpions removal, wasps, rats and many other household pests. So if you live nearby this company and needs to hire their service, just drop by their site. First time customers have special discounts too. Saying goodbye to household pest is really cool, I should say...winks!

Children who can't communicate
Today's parents are spending less time to talked to their children at mealtimes or reading to them at bedtime than previous generations did. "Children are starting primary school with a speaking age of just 18 months and the number unable to form simple sentences is rising," reports a certain newspaper. In Britain for example, "18 percent of children aged 5(more than 100,000) fail to meet the expected level of speech for their age." Hence, many children who cannot understand basic instructions or express their needs "like foreigners in the classroom," not able to understand what is going on.

Tough girls
I really admire those women who can and will do a man's job. They're girly in a sense that they put make up on, polish their nails and wear high heels. But knows their capable of doing what others may think just a guy thing. In my case, the husband is a handyman so pretty much he knows everything that lands in his lap. Sometimes I want to help him or at least give it a try. I want to know if I can. Like if I can do some painting stuff, which I already did. If I know how to put the tiles, I mean do the bathroom tiles if ever we want to renovate. If I can drive the tractor, and stuff like that. Oh well, am I just being silly or what? LOL!
Seriously, there are girls whose doing a great job in a guy's world. And I really think it's cool and totally fun. But of course it's so challenging too. I know someone who works for a construction company before. She's the only lady among a hundred employees yet she's not intimidated. Imagine putting the subway tiles, do the roofing, etc. her job is really exciting isn't it? But when she got married, she resigned. Am quite sure you know a lot of tough girls also. All girls are anyway!

Now I know
Have you ever wonder why the worst pimple problem is around the chin or what is called chin acne? Even stars like Jessica Simpson have such problem. Probably because it's the area that we consume food which are often too oily and unhealthy. And accordingly, pimples on the chin is one of the hardest to treat. Well sometimes I have some pimples to but my proven effective treatment is an antibacterial and antioxidants soap. And a moisturizer I've been using since I was single. But it's another thing of course in serious cases.
Just reading
Some hydroxycut reviews and other health issues. Since our trip, wasn't feeling really well and up until now I still haven't had a good night sleep either. They say that staying under the sun and sweating is the solution to get back to the norm but yeah, been a lazy butt these days LOL! It's really affecting my daily routines like the kids and I sleep the whole day and stay up during the night, it's not cool is it? On this weekend we plan to take the kids to the park and do something active. I'm sure things will get back to normal soon.

Need fast result
Trip to Philippines is so much fun but sure it is pressure especially food! I must admit i gained my old weight back for all those days we just eat and sleep. We've been pampered by my family there so they feed us all the time. That's the reason why i need to work on my belly fat right now, lol! Hope this slimming thingy am taking right now will do burn belly fat fast because i need a result right away. I learned from my aunt that it is indeed effective for her and hope it is for me also. If that's the case i will get some more and using it for good.
Oh nice!
Am still in the process of uploading more pictures from our recent family vacation in the Philippines. I tell you, it's more than a thousand LOL! These are indeed moments I will forever treasure, let me put it in a picture frame..hahah! Kidding aside, thanks to my sister who was our official photographer, we have here pictures that paint a thousand words. Oh am getting poetic, but really there are lots of lovely shots. Here are some of my favorite...

Nothing's change
Seeing my mom in the Philippines after more than 4 years, all I can say is... nothing's change. I mean, physically speaking she still look young and sexy, LOL! Seriously, the wrinkle lotion I gave to her was effective and of course the lifestyle too. It pays to be health conscious. If you take care of your body, you'll definitely aged slowly. That's something I learned from my parents. By the way, smiling a lot and not worry too much helps in staying young and blooming. I'm sure you agree, winks!

Watching Dora at 3:45 am
My kiddos are really not adjusting yet to the time zone here! It is kinda longer than what we expected. My lil girl usually wakes herself up around 2am then goes her big brother after 30minutes he is running towards us and noisy like they just had their afternoon nap...lol! Then they want to watch TV and play, as well eat haha! It was cute but it's hard for me and Dada. Then they go back to bed at 5am and sleep through the day till 4pm! Sigh imagine that. But i hope they will get over soon otherwise we like zombies for awhile during the day. Anyway, husband just found out what we can do about it the solution of the problem haha and we will start it today when the sunshine is up! Hope this is effective otherwise we will just wait until their bodies are ready to go back to normal schedule.

Did I?
Just mentioned I need to get back on my exercise and diet again? Lost it when we went home to the Philippines, you probably know the reasons why. Anyway, I have this appetite suppressant coffee right now. Something that works like phentermine, a drug that controls your appetite. Oh well, I don't wanna think about diet now but I know I have too cause that's life LOL! Oh How's everyone by the way? I know been a while since I visited your blogs, so sorry. Will see you around soon, winks!
Have a wonderful day ahead!
Have a wonderful day ahead!
FOOD FOOD FOOD
These were just few of the food that my family and relatives fixed for us! Lots huh? i must say everyday we ate there...lol! And not to mention i gain weight again...duh! Need to lose those weight soon. But that's one reason we go home to taste the unbeatable Filipino cuisine. Filipino food are always the best for me and nothing in the planet can bit em! When i was there i never miss to taste them all took the most out of it! My family here in US are so much delighted of the hospitality that my family and relatives shown to them. They said they can not wait to go back to PH again and again. Honestly we are missing them already and the food!
