I started my morning with fruits on my plate and a glass of juice. Then will have some salad at lunch and a bit of chips. Serious on losing weight? Yeah, I am! Hope I indeed found the diets that work for me. So far so good, got to stick with it though. Just sometimes I miss chocolates and french fries, oh, I must not mention them! LOL!
