A love story

I’m currently watching a TV program wherein the plot of the story is a couple that is so in love with each other and yet does not do any good to each other. I mean the boyfriend in particular, he’s a happy-go-lucky kind of person, always on gigs and bars. Although he loves his girlfriend so much, she is also the one teaching the poor girl how to use drugs. And since the girl doesn't want to lose him, she’ll just nod. But then they’ll have to pay the price and end up in a very problematic state. Good thing family and friends never abandoned them and put them into a drug detox program. Together they faced a very dramatic and difficult battle and made it, turning them into matured adults. Oh well, typical story of love story, and you must agree with me, happy endings are still the ending we’d like to see. Right?
